Class Location:
Classes will be offered beginning in April and continuing through
October, at Regency Furniture Stadium, home of the Southern Maryland Blue
Crabs baseball team, in Waldorf Maryland, unless otherwise noted.

Day of the Class:
Sign-in / Registration is 8:00 to 8:30
a.m.
Classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m.
We will be
outdoors. It is important to stay well hydrated, so bring bottled
water. Fruit or a couple of energy bars will help to keep your energy
levels up throughout the day as we do not break for lunch.
